human makes plan, God pulls the triger

Today I wanna share my essay that won a competition months ago. The contest developed by Hewlett-Packard. Check out this website http://h30476.www3.hp.com/ Actually it's too hurtful to write it over again. But I'll write a brief description. I joined the contest on April cos the big prize, yup, 2 tickets to NYC along with 2 tickets to the premiere of Sex and The City 2 at Radio City Hall, 2 tickets to SATC hotspots tour, and 3 nights stay at Millennium Hotel Times Square. That was just insane! So I tried to give it a try. I wrote an 500 words essay about my hometown (create a 1 day tour) and took a picture that connected to the essay. Here we go. the "suicidal" photo (I could kill myself if I fall) A nearly perfect place to chillax. Small but perfectly formed with the nature and all the amenities, Bandung is city of friendly, and fun-loving and good looking people, with good food and great ambience. There's nothing too fast in Bandung, Yes the weather can be a bit...

L.O.N.E.L.Y

have you ever feel so shipwrecked and alone? I need a break. I wish I could spend my time with my friends more.. Fallin into the same circumstances everyday makes me crazy.. Going outside the city from Monday-Saturday doing what I hate cost me a lot of pressure. I have no social life. At all. One by one, my friends occupied themselves with their job, some still at uni, and some already married. It's so hard to spend a day together with them. Last Thursday, I met some friends for lunch, I was excited that finally we could hang out together. My friends were taking leave from work, so was I. God bless whoever found BlackBerry! The only thing that still make me connected with outside world is my BlackBerry. Two birds one stone: I can get in touch with my friends, updated about latest fashion trend & hot news, simply from my BB. Send & receive emails get easier with BB! Even it has GPS in case you lost. I love my BlackBerry. But it doesn't help much. I need to see them in pe...

if the house always wins, why gamble?

As we all aware of, every single person I know are busy talking about the 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP. After a huge ceremony last week at South Africa, men in our houses were suddenly disappeared. Either for watch the ball game with their friends or spend the night at the coffee shop, or even just watch at home, they were disappeared. Both physically & mentally. Yes ladies, for one wholly month. I don't know what's wrong with their anxious & curiosity to watch it. But it seems, some of them (or all of them?) are taking too seriously about this issue. Because some of them (or all them?) are gambling! Gamble also known as: –verb (used without object) 1. to play at any game of chance for money or other stakes. 2. to stake or risk money, or anything of value, on the outcome of something involving chance: to gamble on a toss of the dice. –verb (used with object) 3. to lose or squander by betting (usually fol. by away ): He gambled all...

Sex and The City 2 soundtrack

My highlight music of the week is OST Sex and The City 2. I loved several numbers, like songs performed by Sex and The City Men's Choir, I think they're all performed very beautiful. In movie, they performed at Anthony & Stanford's wedding, which is why make the songs very romantic & special. Like Sunrise, Sunset (the song that parents dedicated for their children who married), Till There Was You - original performed by The Beatles (romantic & to die for wedding song), and If Ever I Would Leave You (call me corny, but actually there's a hidden tears in my eyes while listening to this very romantic track) Since the movie took place at the Middle East, so there are some Middle East songs too, and surprisingly, I liked it. They're just bring the different vibe on this album. Divas and Dunes, Kidda, Euphrates Dream are some of my fave. Errmm I think the best time to listen to these Middle East songs is at night or in the morning. Just don't listen it ...

heels to perfection

a sexy leg & a killer heels One of the many unfair truths of life is that you always want what you can’t have. Children can’t wait for the freedom of adulthood, while adults miss their carefree childhood days. Single girls dream about their wedding day, while married women envy the unlimited choices of being single. Blondes long for a stereotype-free life as a brunette, while dark-haired girls wonder if blondes really do have more fun. Skinny girls want to have a little curve, while curvy girls want to be skinnier. Skin tone can be a problem too, pale girls desperately want a tanned exotic skin by lying in tan bed & sun tan for hours, contrary to girls who have darker skin want to be pale & whiter by all means. As a petite 5'4" girl, I have always wanted to be taller. My ultimate envious goes to girls who have long legs. Oh how I wish I have those beautiful, long, and sexy Cameron Diaz legs, I wouldn't waste my money to buy a sky-scrapper heels. But the bad new...
