OK. This is the most hilarious thing that I've ever seen on TV! You gotta see for yourself So these girls were running in their minimum 7.5 centimeters stiletto!  The winning team a.k.a  The Pinkettes  have earned themselves a place in the Guinness Book of Record for running the fastest  in heels.The four girls completed the 263-foot course in just....... one minute and four seconds ! That was AMAZING.  More than a hundred women took part in a stiletto race in Sydney, Australia to raise money and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The event raised almost $10-thousand.  A good cause that placed you at Guinness Book :) I guess I could win those race some other time. I hope Indonesian get inspired by them. LOL.

Alice in a same old flick Now I know I don't have to expect too much when it comes to movie franchises, let alone Resident Evil. I think audiences got pretty tired with the last three movies which were basically have the same plot. Alice against Umbrella Corp. Too bad I didn't see this movie in 3D, that I believe would have given a bit of an edge. The movie begins when Alice played by Milla Jovovich is trying to destroy the Umbrella Corp using her newly discovered clones and goes deep inside Umbrella Head Quarters in Tokyo to kill Wesker, played by Shawn Roberts.  Afterlife is simply more the same excuse to have big special effects and continue a plot that simply seems will never end with Umbrella continuing on forever in the next 'afterlife'. The monsters in this movie were good, but I think the zombies don't really play much of a part in the horror and are simply there just to add to the atmosphere. Lionel Joaquin The only reason I stay here in Bandung on holiday time is this cute tiny little baby who just born into this world on September 10 2010. Yes it's my NEPHEW!!! Oh he's so adorable :) I think my brother hasn't sure about his name yet, not that I knew of. But they already called him Lionel Joaquin. Thank God for Your blessing once again. Happy Eid Mubarak 1431H for all of you who celebrate it :) As a former Moslem and still live with Moslem family, Idul Fitri is one of the moment that we've always been waiting for a whole year. Sometimes people often mistakenly considered Idul Fitri as time to renew all things especially to "upgrade" how they look. That's why many people become very consumptive approaching "hari raya". They were wasting their money for unimportant stuff in a very compulsive way just to look "good" in hari raya.  I thought people are slowly forgetting the true meaning of hari raya. It is the time when we have a chance to clean up our heart once again and free ourselves from hatred and forgive people (and vice versa). I know it's been a while since the last time I posted Fashion Smashion :( I tried my best to keep you updated with my daily outfits by take a picture of me with my blackberry (hence the image resolution was awful. Sorry). So here's a bit from what I wore last week... perfect outfit for tricky weather fell in love with heart tights Weather these days have been very tricky. Sometimes it's very hot at day and suddenly the rain was pouring at night. So I manage to stay -not so warm-nor so cool- by wearing this type of outfit. I combined my favorite leather jacket with bright color that match with  fall  tone, orange and add a bit grey here and there. Which I love to bits :) I also wore tights so I didn't feel too cold even though I wore hot pants. BTW  I'm so GLAD finally TopShop and Zara opened their first stores in Bandung. They're my favorite high street fashion alongside Mango, Dorothy Perkins, and Miss Selfridge. Yay!! Topshop leather jacket

sorry for the lack of updates, please blame the fugly internet connection and the lack of ideas from my brain who usually just stared at a blank "new post" page on blogger, wrote some, and then save that shitty post to draft. I wish I could post more in Fashion Smashion section. But it's so hard when you have noone but yourself to count on. and worse is, I don't have a tripod. I used to ask my sister to take picture of me, but you know she doesn't always here all the time and she's a bad photographer to be honest (don't tell her!). Well.. I guess I have to buy a tripod then..
