joyous wedding!

I got sick. I don't know what to blame. The apocalyptic weather? The wedding preparation? The intertwine? Well maybe none to blame. It's just me.. My weak body finally taken its toll from the cocktail of frustration between work, home, and wed.  I coughed a lot (including runny nose), had fever and sore joints. Bad enough till glued me in the bed for four days. I still took a bath tho (TBH I didn't in the first two days). My doctor was MIA for three weeks and I couldn't find better doctor to heal my sickness.  Turned out, there were lot things to do when I lying on the bed. Resting (obviously). Read books. Browsing. Especially for wedding shoes (yay!) Ate properly. Drank juice twice a day. Gulped mix of lime wedges and honey. Observed those who care and not too care :D. Haunted my bf at work by facetime him all the time. Thanked God for every breath. Thanked God for I've been surrounded with nice people around me. Thanked God for I wasn't alone.  ...

Happy Independence Day!

On exact August 17th sixty five years ago, Indonesia stated its own independence day on behalf our first president, the one and only  Sukarno .  Now, sixty five years later from 1945.. We celebrated our independence day in a different way. Some subdistrict keep the tradition by organize events such as  lomba balap karung, lomba makan kerupuk, lomba panjat pinang,  etc. (Sorry I couldn't find a proper word to describe it in English). Some keep in the modern way by blabbing through 140 characters on twitter using  #indonesia65 . They're like, "let's make Indonesian independence day a TT (Trending Topic)". Yes they made it to the top 10, and then what? I sincerely think, words are not enough, let alone a trending topic.  Anyhow, I was keeping it real. Surprisingly, I've missed upacara bendera . It's a ritual that implemented every Independence Day in honor to reminisce about our heroes and heroines who struggled between wars and finally made Indones...

6th year anniversary

curent mood: clumsy! forgetful! oh shit, I've just realized that I haven't wrote a little about my anniversary! It was March 30, and now April 6. How forgetful I am!! Well,,, happy anniversary baby, we celebrated it at one restaurant, no, two restaurants, one where we could eat buffet, and the other where we could just sit & drink & missed our old days.. Six years, I mean, wow... I always said that I didn't expect my relationship would be this far. I met him at high school, for God's sake!! LOL. Who would've thought? He closed my eyes and took me to my fave place at Bandung. Even we often get there, but we'll never get bored. With city views and cool air (Bandung banget!), what a perfect combination for an anniversary. But the thing is not the celebration, nor the places we go, but the WAY we've been through until we reach our 6th years together. UNFORGETTABLE. from childish to -I'm not a girl not yet a woman- to -half woman- to -more mature woma...
Happy New Year 2009! ..All the best in the next coming year..

I just feel lucky, cos I always surrounded by people whom I really lov e an d a dmire, and most of all, they love me too :) That's the greatest feeling in the world. ^^ Being 21... Nothing special, instead I've to be more responsible to myself, to m y future, to my family, cos I already 21 now and I'm ashamed cos I haven't achieve anything special through my whole life ;( My wishes are ..................................................................... (psst that's a huge s ecr et!!!) I've got three celebrations. Glosis (with my BF) 020708 Laos (with my BFF) 030708 There was an interesting story at Laos. I dined there with my m ate s, and they brought me a cake (thanks!!). When they sang a "happy birthday" song to me, few strangers who sit in front of us was singing that too. They're from Netherlands, very kind people, and they pray for me too!! So I slice my cakes and gave i...

CRAZEE

current mood : tired and exhausted damn crazy week!! Since it's very close to my brother's wedding day AND my final exam, so my days have been as busy as shit!! Gotta prepare for everything that will happen in several weeks to come. Such as SANJIT on Sunday (and guess what my exam on Monday? Accounting Theory. Yup on 8 AM!Purrrrfect!) My Bro's new house celebration on Wednesday WIDODAREN (party in each other house for the bride & groom) on Friday BIG day on Sunday! My Final EXAM will start next Monday! But why should I take it seriously anyway, since it's not my wedding? Well, this is the first time experience for our family, so it's important to make this party perfect. For me, personally, I don't want to do such event like this. Invite thousand people, (whom I never knew), and must through this tradition, that tradition, blah blah blah. I just want to do a simple yet elegance wedding. LOL (so what's the difference?). Indonesian people are one of the mo...
